"Pro- Option of pizzas are varieties, customizable and unique unlike other pizza restaurante. The app and website interface speedy, straight-forward and user friendly. They are very responsive, attentive and concern about customer satisfaction. Dedicated whatsapp number is very functional. Con-The pizzas I ordered were delivered half cooked, late and cold. Solution: I brought this to the attention of the manager. He immediately offered me complimentary pizzas. This time around it is well cooked and delivered super hot. Sometimes mistakes do happen that need understanding and tolerance, which in my case the Manager acknowledged without argument. This is what I call business-oriented enterprise that gives priority to customers' needs and wants."

"I visited Pizza Hut Mentari on 11th December around 4pm, and I really want to highlight the excellent service from a staff member named AZ. From the moment he took my order, he was polite, humble, and very attentive. It was delayed by about 5 minutes, which is completely normal, but AZ still came over personally, handed me my items, and politely apologized for the short delay. I honestly wasn’t even expecting an apology because my takeaway order was actually just a small order, nothing big at all but his professionalism and dedication truly stood out. His attitude, manners, and commitment to good service deserve recognition. Pizza Hut should definitely consider rewarding or promoting him. Great job, AZ thank you for making my experience a pleasant one!"

"Your normal pizza. Still tasty. Don't expect too much. And don't expect your order to be ready in 20 minutes because it NEVER going to happen. I always come to pick up my pizza after one hour. If I come in 30 minutes, I have to continue sitting there another 15 more minutes."
